Since ancient times, people have called stones gemstones that fascinated people because of their unusual appearance, brilliance, color, transparency, firmness or rarity. Gemstones have been mined and processed for a very long time. Archaeological findings show that there was an interest in precious stones as early as the Middle Stone Age, in Mesolite. The educational session will provide basic knowledge about gemstones and practical information on how to identify them, how to take care of them, and where to use them Furthermore, during the session, you will be able to make yourself a bracelet made of semi-precious minerals. Session is held in Salantai str. 2, Mosėdis, on weekdays from 10:00 am. to 4:00 p.m.
The session is for pupils (from 5th grade), adults and mixed groups of 10-12 participants. Duration of classes varies from 1 hour to one and a half hours (pre-registration required).
